CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP WITH ROBERT SHERMAN

The Cycle Reebok Certification Workshop consists of lecture, educational information and a Cycle Reebok ride that will give you a complete understanding of the background, reasons, methods and music needed to be a competent and successful indoor cycling instructor. Bring workout clothing and snacks.
Fee: $225 - includes manual, Cycle Reebok Certificate, .6 ACE and 5.5 AFAA CEC’s. Please call 301-656-0885 or e-mail sherman711@aol.com to register. Payment is necessary to reserve a place. Please charge the fee when calling to register or send a check made payable to F.I.T., Inc. to the above address.
Free parking: Shoppes of Bethesda strip center lot on Hampden Lane (behind F.I.T. Take steps (at cookie store) down to Elm St., turn right to 4963. If you take the Metro we are on the red line – Bethesda station: Exit to Woodmont Ave., turn left, walk 2 ˝ blocks to Elm St., turn right to 4963.
