PILATES STRETCH - A mat class based which
utilizes the abdominal, lower back and gluteus
muscles. Pilates exercises work with muscles
that support the inner core of the body.

POWER LOW - Recommended for all levels! The
low impact exercise class incorporates
choreography, power moves and fun for improved
fitness.
CORE BOARD STRENGTH TRAINING - This
strength training class, which incorporates the
“Reebok Core Board,” helps put more emphasis on
using one’s mid-section while exercising.

strength training. It can improve upper body,
lower body as well as stomach and back fitness.
STRENGTH/CIRCUIT - A circuit of strength
stations which might include agility, balance,
weight exercises, jumping rope and/or stability
ball, are set up. Each participant moves
from station to station for a super fitness
workout.
STRENGTH TRAINING- This class promotes
strong bones, stability, flexibility, balance
and functional fitness! It focuses on upper and
lower body muscles often using weights, tubing,
body bars, and balls. Some classes may include
